La Repubblica, 13 gennaio 2010: “Laureati, la grande fuga da Napoli.”
Questo titolo campeggia a pagina VI del quotidiano (cronaca Napoli), e sintetizza l’attuale incapacità delle strutture lavorative del Sud ad ospitare degnamente i neo-laureati, i quali con la coda fra le gambe sono costretti ad abbandonare la provincia di Napoli e recarsi al Nord Italia o all’estero per cercare una adeguata occupazione. Il rettore della Federico II, Guido Trombetti, commenta che i dati forniti da Bankitalia in proposito rappresentano una sconfitta per il territorio in quanto formare un ragazzo significa investire su di lui e se questi, una volta laureato, va via, è come se energie e soldi impiegati per la sua formazione fossero sottratti alla città.
Ma non è forse la stessa cosa che in questi giorni si sta perpetrando in Regione, ai danni di coloro che hanno faticosamente conquistato una idoneità nel difficile concorso per dirigente regionale, e si vedono negare la possibilità di dimostrare sul campo quello che valgono, come già fatto in teoria attraverso le difficili prove concorsuali superate?
Come si può pretendere che una azienda privata assuma al Sud giovani preparati, se la stessa Amministrazione Pubblica, in questo caso rappresentata dalla Regione Campania, dopo sei anni di inutili promesse non riesce ad uscire dal solito clichè che suggerisce di privilegiare sempre chi possiede uno sponsor, invece di premiare (una volta tanto) chi, sottraendo tempo alla famiglia e al sonno, prepara un difficile concorso? Anche gli idonei ai concorsi per la dirigenza, finito l’anno, dovranno, se vorranno vedere realizzate le loro aspettative, rassegnarsi a tentare concorsi altrove (molti l’hanno già fatto e sono stati chiamati fuori regione da altre amministrazioni); ma ai loro figli e alle loro famiglie, cosa diranno, finita quest’avventura: “rassegniamoci, è inutile coltivare sogni impossibili, siamo i soliti figli di nessuno, accontentiamoci del poco che abbiamo?” Purtroppo sembra di dover constatare che certe cose vanno sempre nello stesso verso: quello sbagliato. Se si vuole ottenere qualcosa di più, se si vuole dare qualcosa di più, il posto giusto sembra non essere, almeno per ora, la Regione Campania.

Caro Presidente,
mancano ormai poco più di due mesi alla conclusione della legislatura! Le chiediamo di completare lo scorrimento delle nostre graduatorie visto e considerato che l’esodo incentivato per il 2010 è stato approvato in Consiglio e che Lei e l’assessore Valiante avevate collegato le nostre assunzioni proprio all’approvazione di tale atto!
Non vorremmo dover vivere l’ennesima beffa….
Faccia in modo che le nostre assunzioni avvengano nel più breve tempo possibile: abbiamo paura che trascorso gennaio qualcuno ci dica “non c’è più tempo!”. In attesa di vedere completato lo scorrimento delle nostre graduatorie, La saluto e Le auguro BUON LAVORO!

Gentile Presidente più volte ha manifestato la volontà di completare l’assunzione dei restanti idonei di cat. C e D. In qualche occasione ha anche affermato di voler chiudere l’operazione entro il 31 Dicembre 2009. Purtroppo L’esodo incentivato per il personale è stato approvato solo il 31 dicembre notte e quindi non si è potuto procedere nella chiusura del 2009. Ma ora è il caso di recuperare il tempo perso e procedere immediatamente.Attendiamo fiuduciosi che si agisca con la stessa velocità e solerzia che hanno caratterizzato le assunzioni dei nostri colleghi del ” primo contingente”.

ecco il luogo dove è avvenuto l’ennesimo (tozzi tozzi)incidente tra tram,a Milano, se fosse successo a Napoli… provate ad immaginare la notizia in prima pagina, per giorni e giorni,con le critiche agli amministratori locali, ecc ecc.
